Initial Strength and Performance Consultation.*
Our online consultation service will take information you provide and return a comprehensive strength training regimen. You will provide an in depth overview of where you are currently with all of your major lifts, body weight, and training consistency. In turn we will provide you with a uniquely tailored strength and power training regimen designed to allow you to maximize your strength training and produce big results quickly. Too many of us have spent month after effortful month in the gym without achieving our goals. Allow us to maximize your gains and provide a focused training program. This program can also be optimized to produce a bigger bench, stronger dead lift or squat, or to produce a higher three lift total. If you are not a competitive power lifter, your unique program can also be utilized to create the ideal training routine for your unique sport. We have created specific strength and performance regimens for a variety of athletes including football, basketball, baseball, and track and field athletes. No matter what your sport, we are confident you will be pleased with these time tested and proven results. All of our programs are created, tailored, and overseen by a world champion power lifter and professional trainer. In addition to providing a complete workout routine (right down to the recommended poundage and repetition per exercise) we also make supplement recommendations to take your strength and performance to the next level and beyond.

Continuing Strength Consultation Service.*
Once you have completed your initial assessment you can continue to update your strength training routine on a monthly basis using our CSC (Continuing Strength Consultation) Service. Each month you can check-in with your virtual trainer and update your strength gains who will then modify your weights and exercises to allow for continued strength gains and improvement. Your virtual trainer might also recommend supplement changes or additions to ensure you reach your maximum potential.
$9.99 per update (recommended every month). You also receive one additional email consultation with your updated personalized training plan, allowing you to ask specific questions about your training as you continue to progress. Click HERE to purchase the CSC.
